Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows fees will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 48 hours in advanced. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. If we are able to reschedule the appointment to occur within the same week, the late cancellation fee will be waived.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent to you to remind you of an upcoming appointment 72 hours in advanced. Please note that failure to receive the appointment reminder does not waive your responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. You may choose to receive email, text, or voice reminders.
Inactive Patients - patients without a documented/scheduled appointment within (90 days) are subject to discharge/termination of services (excluding special circumstances, e.g. school breaks, treatment recommendations, and other special circumstances).
Payment for services are due in full at the beginning of each session
